By using Ticketbirds service, you agree to our privacy policy and how we process your personal information. You also agree that we use various communication channels such as email or telephone to send you information. This Privacy policy (“privacy Statement”) is between Ticketbird AB (“the Company”) and you as a user (“You”, “your”, “You” “your”) when we collect data from you in connection with the creation of a user account in the application (“Ticketbird”) By US (the “service”) which is detailed in the terms of use, which you can read here https://ticketbird.com/privacy-policy/ The service is provided by the company Ticketbird AB as a Software as a Service solution.

The company is responsible for the personal information you provide to us when you use the service, as it is the company that determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data. “Personal data” means any information which can be attributed directly or indirectly to a physical person who is alive.

How we collect and use (process) your personal information
Personal data is collected directly from you as a user when registering for any of our services, when you give consent to the processing of personal data.

Personal information you give us via “Create an account”

In order for the company to provide customer support (the “service”) under the terms of use, we will process the following information including, but not limited to; your name, your user name, password, email, and also phone number and the social media profile information that you used to log in.

We process your personal information to create your account in order for us to be able to communicate with you and thereby perform the service.

We always create an account for each person who contacts us, either through a contact form, phone, email, forum, chat, social media channels, or other channels that may be added to the service.

Should you choose to only chat with us, and in conjunction with that Choose to not fill in your email, then we will store a cookie and your session with your IP address.

Your personal information is shared primarily with the company Ticketbird which delivers the customer support service.
Information about your user profile is stored by Ticketbird at one or more databases operated by third parties located in Norway. These third parties do not use and do not have access to your personal data for any purpose other than the provision of cloud services and storage services.

We may, directly or through our subcontractors, share your personal information with third parties that facilitate the provision of our service, such as subcontractors, for which we are responsible. We may also share your personal information with third parties who are interested in targeting marketing to you through the service or through other channels.

The security of your personal information
In order to protect the privacy of your personal information that you transmit through the use of our service, we take appropriate technical and organisational security measures. We continuously update and test our safety technology. We limit access to your personal information to employees who need to know that information to provide the service to you.

We may also share your personal information with a third party, provided we are obligated to do so by law.

International Data transfers
Ticketbird does not automatically transfer personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA, but if we, for example, have a subcontractor in a country outside the EU/EEA or it is necessary for us to perform our contractual obligations to you, the transfer of personal data outside the EU/EEA may take place even if that country, according to the European Commission, does not have adequate protection of personal data. In order to ensure a high level of protection of your personal data in such situations and compliance with EU/EEA rules, Ticketbird agreements comply with the applicable law requirements to protect the personal data transferred, with such Subcontractors. Through this privacy policy, you agree that personal data about you may be transferred to companies and organizations, both within and outside the EU.

We share your data with certain third parties outside the EU/EEA area. These third parties consist of Facebook, Google and Twitter and only to be able to sign in to the service more quickly.

Your rights
As a user of the service, you can find out what information we have collected about you.

You may send a written request for us to delete your personal information or otherwise refrain from communicating with you.

In the event that you do not want us to process personal information about you for the above purposes, please contact us and let us know.

After such contact, we will only store and process the personal information that is directly necessary to perform the service.

In the event that you terminate your account, or oppose some processing, we will delete and discontinue processing of all of your personal data that we are not legally required to save as soon as practically possible.

You have the right to correct the list of your personal information maintained by us if it is incorrect.

You may request that we delete your data or stop processing it, subject to certain exceptions. You may also request that we stop using your data for direct marketing purposes.

You may also request information about: the purposes of the processing; Categories of personal data; Who has received personal data outside the company’s organisation; What source the information has (unless you left it directly to us); And how long your personal data is stored.

In many countries, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the appropriate data protection authority if you have problems with how we handle your personal information.

Data storage and storage times
Ticketbird saves all the personal information we collect in our database.
The same personal data can be stored in several different locations for different purposes. This may mean that a data point has culled from a system because it is no longer necessary can remain in another system where it is stored on the basis of consent or for another purpose where the personal data is still needed.
Your personal data is stored by us on our servers and on the servers of our supplier that we hire, located in Norway. We store personal information without a time limit, or as long as you are a customer of the company.

Updates of this personal data policy
We may update and develop our service offerings for support services from time to time, which is why we may update these personal data terms as well. We reserve the right to update and amend this privacy policy without sending a personal message to you that this privacy policy has been published with a new version on our website. Where required by law, we will provide you with clear notice that this personal data policy has been changed and that your consent is re-submitted.

If you add personal information about other people, you are responsible for that Ticketbird has the right to process that personal data in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
